The Plus

in Condo Management Plus Inc.

We take the “PLUS” in our name seriously. We have included a few examples of what the plus means to you.

1. Joyce searched and found two Insurance Agencies last year who gave a 12% rebate to our customers on their flood insurance premium.

2. When we heard about Citizens and other companies insisting on a current certified appraisal before they would renew insurance we acted. We found and contracted with a company to supply our customers with certified appraisals for one third the going rate.

3. We continuously monitor the industry for things that could impact our customers and communicate to them in “Board Alert” or “Board Talk” memos to all Members of the Board.

4. If we find something that we feel needs immediate attention while inspecting your property, we provide a report with photos to the Board for their consideration.

Things are constantly changing that affect the condominium community and we continue to communicate the effects of those changes to our customers as they unfold. This is designed to help you in the management and upkeep of your property.
